Our trained and accredited security officers are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service.

Our officers are supervised by a trained security management consultant, and will report all information relating to occurrences at your site.

We aim to be flexible and meet your specific security requirements while keeping within the limitations of legislation.

All of the cars in our SIS fleet are operational 24 hours a day. Our patrol services offer coverage across Australia, with:
•    15 vehicles in New South Wales
•    12 vehicles in Victoria
•    25 vehicles in Queensland
•    3 vehicles in ACT
•    3 vehicles in the Northern Territory

Our Sydney team covers the greater Sydney area – from Avalon Beach down to Camden and across to Katoomba. Our vehicles in central Sydney allow for faster response times and a greater level of service. In Melbourne, our patrol services cover areas from Keilor to Dingley, and the CBD area.
In Queensland we cover all of the Brisbane Metropolitan area, from Rosewood to Capalaba; and as far as Ormeau in the South-and Purtengary in the North. SIS also covers all of the ACT and NT.

We make a significant investment in the way we select, induct and train our staff. It’s essential that all members of our team work to maintain a safe and supportive working environment, and uphold our commitment to compliance and excellence in customer service.

All of our applicants need to pass through our rigorous recruitment process, which includes:

• A negative vetting process
• Aptitude testing
• A medical check
• A two-tiered interview process
• Literacy and numeracy assessments
• A psychological appraisal

We also conduct detailed reference checks to confirm the integrity of each applicant before they are able to join our team.
